One of the reasons I love photography is the connections it allows me to make. Meet Thais. She reached out to me awhile ago looking for a mentorship program, I wasn’t in a position to start doing those at the time (but I have them now - check out my Learn Page if you’re interested)

But she ended up with my good friend Justyn. During the off season I always like to set up a few shoots for fun and after shooting with Uniquities for so long I knew I wanted to do a grungy shoot in the back of their store (especially in front of the giant wall of crates I have been so obsessed with)

Thais and Marcelo are from Brazil and are the coolest and nicest people. Marcelo didn’t even complain when she dragged him out into the freezing, windy, coldness to take these photos. (Can someone say husband of the year)
