Artsy Maternity Session at the NCMA with Allison
After seven years of photographing families in Raleigh I’ve learned that everyone is connected. Word of mouth and referrals are truly the bread and butter of a Raleigh Photographer’s business and this maternity session at the North Carolina Museum of Art is proof that referrals really work. Allison found me because I had captured her friends Allie and Shayla’s intimate elopement at Merrit’s Pasture in Chapel Hill. She also had seen my work for Good JuJu Herbal and Shop Hosmer Co and knew that she was in good hands when it came to her maternity and newborn photography in the Triangle.
We explored the park, and Allison shared with me that her and her husband were deciding not to find out the sex of the baby until it was born. “There are so few surprises in life” she said to me as we walked along the railways at the Art Museum that she wanted to give herself one big surprise in life. Of course we will all be awaiting the little ones arrival and I’ll be capturing her newborn photos as well but until then I hope that you enjoy this fun maternity session at the NCMA.
