In Home Newborn Photography in Clayton, NC with Carly & Craig & Lleyton
I could not have been more excited to receive an email from Carly & Craig asking if I’d be willing to capture their newborn portraits at home with their sweet babym, Lleyton. I have previously had the opportunity to work with them on the wedding day at The Meadows in Raleigh and it is always so fun to see where life has taken my past clients after I capture their big day.
Inviting me into their cute house in Clayton, I was able to capture dreamy, candid photos of these first time parents with their beautiful newborn and with special appearances by their dogs! I love newborn sessions that occur at home, and have had the pleasure of photographing newborns anywhere from 48 hours to 6 months old. There really is no wrong time to capture these special moments of your newborn’s life, especially as they grow so much in the blink of an eye. Many of my maternity and newborn clients love the ability to capture this magical moment of parenthood that lasts for years to come. These photos aren’t just a picture, but a part of the couple’s journey and story. And I love being able to witness the special quirks and personalities that the newborns like Lleyton show me during their moment in the spotlight!
