Downtown Raleigh Wedding at The Cannon Room - Wendy & Hailey

Where do I even begin. First off - let me state that Wendy and Hailey are two of the most genuine, amazing, kind hearted people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Their home is a mid-century modern delight full with a menagerie of rescue animals and I’ve never seen these two without a smile on their face. The amount of love and support these two had throughout their day reminded me of why I became a Raleigh Wedding Photographer to begin with. After hearing their story it was easy to tell that the world created them to be together. Their ceremony was one of my favorites, having their guests sing along with them, sharing personal vows that made everyone in the room tear up, and of course going back to NCMA one of their favorite places and the site of their engagement photos to take some portraits.

The Cannon Room has a wall of windows that cascades light onto everyone inside making it one of the most dreamy wedding venues in Downtown Raleigh. With skyline views and a small capacity it's an intimate night that creates such a special energy when couples book it for weddings.

They danced into the night, sharing cake and taking photos under their neon sign. Yes these two are officially “The Queens,” because let’s face it they are royalty! I hope you can feel the joy radiating throughout these photographs as if you were there, because these two have so much love to give.
