Joseph & Rachel - North Gate Park Elopement in Durham

Wow am I behind on blogging! I don't know when it happened, if somehow I just completely blacked out our Squarespace deleted them all but it seems that I'm a year behind (which is something I never do)

So here is a gorgeous micro-elopement from last spring. Rachel and Joseph live really close to North Gate Park and actually walk their dog their on the regular so it was the perfect backdrop for their intimate micro-wedding with just their families. Rachel’s mom handmade her dress, Joseph’s tie, and their dogs bandana. I mean how cool is that?

Since this intimate elopement in Durham was at the height of the pandemic the park was virtually empty. They were able to exchange vows, dance a little bit in the old school house ruins, and then go back home and celebrate together.
