Heights House Proposal in Downtown Raleigh - Sarah & Parke

Parke reached out to me a few weeks before the big proposal to make sure he had every detail in order for his surprise proposal to his girlfriend of 3 years Sarah. He had asked their mutual friend to pretend to be checking out The Heights House, a restored mansion in the Boylan Heights area of Downtown Raleigh as a space for a potential baby shower. But Sarah definitely had a suspicion that the big question was about to get asked, between an invitation to get her nails down, and her mom calling from the car she thought something was up! But she had no idea that her parents and friends would be waiting for her at the Willard Rooftop bar to celebrate together!

I had never had the opportunity to shoot in the Heights House since it was renovated (I did however get to take photos when it was still dilapidated and amazing)
